2 cups of flour 1 extra cup for the rolling the tortillas
1 cup warm water
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup oil
mix dry ingredients first, then add liquids, knead the dough until all dry ingredients are wet, let stand for 10 minutes. Shape into 8 to 10 balls and let stand 10 more min. Roll very thin to form a 10 inch circle or use tortilla press. Bake on lightly greased griddle till done, not brown. About 10 to 15 second on each side.
